Kettlebell Swing/Run
Points Available: 100 points
Time Cap: 12 minutes
Event 4 - Sunday Morning
Rx Individuals
Four rounds for time of:
21 Kettlebell Swings, 2/1.5 pood
Run 400 meters
Master's Men 35-44
Four rounds for time of:
21 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood
Run 400 meters
Master's Men 45+
Four rounds for time of:
15 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 pood
Run 400 meters
Scaled Individual
Four rounds for time of:
15 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood

This event is a little different and a change in design from what we originally planned. The kettlebells will be set up in the main arena near the rig which is located at one end under the arena scoreboard.
For this event, after your swings, you will run toward the opposite end of the arena, up the right set of stairs to the concourse, take an immediate right and lap the concourse. Upon reaching full circle, you will come down the left set of stairs, back across the arena and onto your next set of swings, etc. Your workout is complete when you touch your kettlebell after the last run.
The arena concourse is just short of a full 1/4 mile.
