(All three divisions, no power catch followed by a squat is allowed. If you catch above parallel, you might as well just drop it and begin anew.)

Elite

8-6-4 reps for time of:
Rope Climb, 15 feet
Squat Snatches, 165/105

Twelve minute time cap. 


Rx

7-5-3 reps for time of:
Rope Climb, 15 feet
Squat Snatches, 135/85

Ten and a half minute time cap. 


Rx Team

7-7-5-5-3-3 reps for time of:
Rope Climb, 15 feet
Squat Snatches, 135/85

Partner A rope climbs, partner B rope climbs. Partner A snatches, partner B snatches. Etc., etc.

Thirteen and a half minute time cap.
