Event 1 - Friday Evening
(100 points)
On Friday evening, the only event being competed is a measure of strength, accuracy, will, and of course, technique.

Individuals will get three total attempts, one every 2 minutes

Teams will get four total attempts (2 each), one every 2 minutes. Partners can help each other change weights but partner A must complete their two attempts before partner B can go. Heaviest combined weights wins. Same as the last Battle, females weights will be converted for the Rx, scaled, and masters team divisions.

The movements being competed are, in the order listed, without the bar coming back to the floor until completed:

Ground to Shoulder
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
BtN Shoulder to Overhead

(Whether or not the ground to shoulder is a power or squat variation, a front squat must also performed)

Event 2 - Saturday Morning
