Deardorff Highland Cattle

The Battle would like to welcome Deardorff Highland Cattle as a vendor as well as donating gift packs of beef to the 10 first place winners. They will also hold vendor space during the event.

A little about Deardorff:

Deardorff Highland Cattle is a family owned and operated farm located in Yale, Iowa.  We produce naturally raised premium Scottish Highland Beef that is grass fed and finished, as well as being hormone, antibiotic, and GMO free.  We believe Scottish Highland Beef is the best tasting grass fed beef available today.  It is also much higher in protein, and lower in fat and cholesterol than any other beef on the market today. We sell beef by individual cuts as well as in bulk.  We are also available for catering and private events featuring our delicious Highland Beef.
